Continuing Education
We offer online continuing education to meet the license renewal requirement.To renew a license a licensee must have 21 hours of continuing education every 3 years. A licensee must have 3 hours of Brokerage Relationships (BRA), 3 hours of Professional Conduct (PSC), 3 hours of Fair Housing (FHR), 3 hours of a HOT topic, and 9 hours (3 courses) of Electives.
In total, you will need to sign up for 7 courses. Each course is equal to 3 hours. Taking these required classes and the electives provides you with the 21 hours needed to fulfill the continuing education requirement.

BRA 142 - Oklahoma Brokerage RelationshipsTHIS IS A REQUIRED COURSE. You will learn about and apply the concepts of the Oklahoma Broker Relationships Act and how it governs and impacts real estate practice.
FHR 139 - Fair Housing
THIS IS A REQUIRED COURSE. You will learn the history, application, and relevance of the Federal Fair Housing Law and the Oklahoma Fair Housing Law.
PSC 182 - Professional Conduct - Ethics and Code
THIS IS A REQUIRED COURSE. This course will familiarize you with the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice that Realtors follow to guide thier business practices and interactions with clients and other professionals.
HOT 372 - Laws & Regulations Affecting Real Estate Practice
You will learn about and understand the laws and regulations that affect and govern real estate practice both nationally and locally.
RIS 120 - Risk Reduction in Real Estate
In this course you will learn about ten (10) common risks in real estate and effective ways of managing these risks.
ADV 030 - Advertising in Real Estate
In this course you will learn about local and federal advertising laws, learn about their application, and how to write effective real estate advertisements.
CLO 168 - Real Estate Closings
You will be able to understand how a real estate closing or settlement proceeds from start to finish. You will be able to participate in a closing and represent their client through understanding gained from this course.
CLO 169 - Understanding Closing Documents
Upon completion of this course you will be able to understand the kinds of documents used to facilitate a real estate closing, specifically the HUD-1. You will be able to participate in a closing and represent your client through understanding gained from this course.
SAM 715 - Working with Buyers
You will understand and be able to apply concepts learned to interview and work with buyers and help them find a property.
SAM 716 - Listing a Property
You will understand the role and responsibilities of a Realtor in a listing and identify how to create a successful listing and marketing of a property from start to finish.
